Guess who’s back, back again — that’s right, it’s Conor McGregor. After COVID-19 limited him to just one appearance last year, the Notorious will take on Dustin Poirier at UFC 257. The two will battle it out on UFC’s Fight Island, but the only way you’ll have to catch the action on ESPN Plus.

This is the second fight between McGregor and Poirier, and it’s safe to say that these are two different fighters than they were six years ago at UFC 178. Poirier’s reputation has grown since he knocked off Max Holloway for the interim Lightweight title. He put up a good fight against Khabib Nurmagomedov as well, who famously defeated McGregor back in 2018.

Even still, McGregor seems to be the favorite heading into the January 23 showdown. He flattened Donald Cerrone in his only 2020 match, and he’s reportedly in top shape. While McGregor and Poirier highlight the main card, there’s a lot more to look forward to. It should be a night of debuts and upsets leading up to the main event.

All of the action starts with the pre-UFC 257 press conference, and you’ll want to make sure you have ESPN Plus set up in time. Right now, you can bundle the Pay-Per-View fight with a year of ESPN’s premium service for just $89.98

ESPN and UFC are new partners, which is great news for fighting fans. It also means that ESPN Plus is now your go-to home for all of the action. The first thing you’ll want to do if you have dreams of catching UFC 257 is to get your subscription in order.

Sure, you can simply sign up for a year of service at $59.99, but that’s not the most cost-effective way to watch the Notorious take on Poirier. Instead, you can combine your year of ESPN Plus with full access to the fight for just $89.98 (over 30% off). Even better, subscribing to ESPN Plus now will make PPV fights in the future a bit more affordable.

If you’re already set up with ESPN Plus, there are a few different ways to grab access to UFC 257. The cost varies based on your ESPN Plus subscription, so here’s what you need to know:

  • Existing yearly ESPN Plus subscribers can buy the fight for $69.99.
  • Current monthly subscribers can watch the fight live for $69.99 or upgrade to an annual plan plus the fight for $85.

While $70-$85 may sound like a lot for one fight, the PPV grants you access to the entire card of matches at UFC 257. McGregor and Poirier may be the main card, but there are plenty of fights to look forward to. Here’s who you’ll see:
